Information we collect

From the website: the details you submit in our contact and inquiry forms (name, email, company, phone and message). From the platform (on behalf of our customers): employee records and attendance data that the customer chooses to store, including biometric templates captured on their devices.

How we use it

Website form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide a demo or quote, and offer support. Platform data is processed to deliver attendance and workforce-management features to the customer who controls it.

Biometric data

Biometric templates are stored in encrypted form and used only to enable recognition and cross-device sync within the customer's own account. We do not sell personal or biometric data.

Data retention & security

We apply encryption, access controls, two-factor authentication and audit logging. Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by the customer and applicable law.
